The complete remodel of the existing structure brought new life to the almost abandoned building. The building boasts lease spaces that host local businesses ranging from hair salons to medical sales.

The exterior elevation was modernized by the addition of metal siding, painted brick and modern awnings at the entrances of each lease space. Interiors were updated with new electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as fixtures, flooring and windows.
