Russellville High School ADA Bleacher Stadium Improvements

Russellville, Arkansas

Our team worked with school district officials in the design of all new ADA compliant stadium seating and bleachers. The improvements make the RHS football stadium more accessible for all and bring a fresh look to the stadium.

Russellville High School Secure Entry

Russellville, Arkansas

HTW worked with school district representatives in the design of an all-new secure entry for the Russellville High School campus. The demolition and remodel were completed over the summer of 2023 and finished in time for the start of the 2023-24 school year.

Lead Hill School District Building Remodels

Lead Hill, Arkansas

Two complete building renovations, one of which was historic. Previously used for storage, the buildings now house classrooms.

Chambers Bank Russellville Branch

Russellville, Arkansas

HTW worked with Chambers Bank in the design of a complete remodel at the Russellville Branch on Parkway Avenue. The interior remodel consists of all new millwork, flooring, fixtures and restrooms while the exterior received a new roof, painted brick and signage. This complete renovation brought new life to the established building, while bringing a standard Chambers Bank aesthetic to the branch.

Chambers Bank Dover Branch

Dover, Arkansas

HTW worked with Chambers Bank in the design of a complete remodel at the Dover Branch on Market Street. The interior remodel consists of all new mill-work, flooring, fixtures and restrooms while the exterior received a new roof, painted brick and signage. This complete renovation brought new life to the established building, while bringing a standard Chambers Bank aesthetic to the branch.

Arkansas Oklahoma Carpenter and Millwright Union Training Facility

Russellville, Arkansas

A new 34,000 square feet training facility that houses offices for the administration and staff which were previously scattered throughout the city, as well as new shop and training areas.

Coal Hill Rural Medical Clinic

Coal Hill, Arkansas

The Rural Medical Clinic is a welcome asset to the City of Coal Hill and its surrounding communities. The 4,500 square foot healthcare facility meets a need for better and more centralized medical treatment. The building has a large lobby and waiting area with restrooms for patients, an area for patient check in and records, five large exam rooms, a lab, office, and nurse's station.

Coal Hill Pharmacy

Coal Hill, Arkansas

The Coal Hill Pharmacy was phase two of the two phase project that brings accessible medical treatment and pharmaceuticals to the rural community and surrounding townships. The pharmacy features a waiting area, pharmacists' stations, locked storage and a drive through for more convenient customer service.

River Valley Medical Wellness Clinic

Russellville, Arkansas

The interior remodel of the existing building is 5,000 square feet and includes all new plumbing, HVAC, electrical and interior finishes. Amenities include a large waiting area and reception space, multiple patient rooms, blood draw station, X-ray room, new restrooms and nurses' stations.

Cogswell Plaza

Russellville, Arkansas

The complete remodel of the existing structure brought new life to the almost abandoned building. The building boasts lease spaces that host local businesses ranging from hair salons to medical sales. The exterior elevation was modernized by the addition of metal siding, painted brick and modern awnings at the entrances of each lease space. Interiors were updated with new electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as fixtures, flooring and windows.

Friendship Services

Russellville, Arkansas

The 25,000 square foot STAR Industries adult education building underwent a complete renovation to better help their clients develop critical life skills. The facility includes workspace areas, a large lunchroom, kitchen and classroom spaces, as well as a spacious exercise area.

Jackalope Cycling

Russellville, Arkansas

Our team worked closely with the owner to design a space that is both modern and timeless, working to ensure the historical integrity of the building was not compromised. Modern features include a complete overhaul of the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems as well as a completed interior renovation. The retail space is a wonderful addition to the Downtown Russellville area.

First State Bank Interior Renovations

Russellville, Arkansas

The newly renovated space brings the FSB brand to life while welcoming customers with a completely redesigned lobby as well as restrooms. The all new layout provides a sleek and modern aesthetic while offering the same great service and friendly atmosphere as always. The design and construction was carried out quickly in order to provide minimal interruption for customers and staff.

City Corporation Maintenance Building

Russellville, Arkansas

The fully renovated 8,000 square foot building includes administration offices, repair garages, and a shop area.

TOLM Group Corporate Headquarters

Morrilton, Arkansas

The 20,000 square foot renovation of the historic 1929 Coca-Cola building includes new modern interior spaces meet the needs of the rapidly growing company while also providing a pleasing aesthetic. Many of the original details that are unique to this building and time period remain untouched.

Hidden Gem Suites

Russellville, Arkansas

The newly renovated space in the Downtown Russellville area will serve as offices for small businesses and a shared conference space for HTW and the other tenants. The space is located above Joshua's Fine Jewelry and adjacent to HTW's Russellville Office. The completed conference space features restored original exterior windows facing main street, completely updated flooring and baseboards, a large glass wall and all new finishes.

Russellville, Arkansas

The expansion of the existing ice plant includes a 3,400 square foot loading dock cooled to 35°F, and a 4,200 square foot ice storage freezer. In addition to the loading dock and freezer areas, a new 3,400 square foot operations office was also constructed. The main floor level includes a reception area, private offices, and a break room. The second level includes an open office area and room for future expansion.

Kaspers

Clarksville, Arkansas

Kaspers opened in 2018 offering a high quality family steakhouse in the historic Vorhees Hall building on the beautiful University of Ozarks Campus. HTW Architects, Engineers and Planners worked closely with the client to design a restaurant with all the new amenities while keeping the integrity of the historic structure.
