Jerry L. Terrell II, PE
Principal Engineer

Jerry is one of HTW’s founding principals. He has been involved in providing engineering services for projects across a wide variety of building sectors. He has extensive design experience with commercial, religious, and municipal projects. Jerry holds Professional Engineer licenses in multiple states. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from Arkansas Tech University.
Clint Hawkins, EI

Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Arkansas Tech University. Joining our team in 2024, he brings over 25 years of design experience. His leadership skills and attention to detail make him a valuable asset not only to HTW but also to each of our clients. Clint holds both a Bachelors in Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors in Science in Electrical Engineering from Arkansas Tech University.

Nate joined our engineering team as a student intern in December of 2022 with a focus to learn more about the A+E industry. Since starting with HTW, he quickly became a top designer, with a focus in plumbing. Nate holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arkansas Tech University.
