Our firm’s employees have always been at the core of our decision making. Implementing a 4-day work week during the summer months echoes our commitment to innovation in the workplace. Beginning June 10, 2022, and continuing through August 2022, our offices will be open Monday through Thursday with most staff being off on Fridays.
We want to give our team time to recharge and pursue other interests outside of work. HTW believes this will not only help instill a healthy work/life balance, but also solidify a flexible and people-centric environment where collaboration and trust are central.
